The Ashley Chassis “Bulldog” mini-chopper/ cycle was designed as a functional novelty item and show-purpose product. Its’ use is NOT intended for minor children without the without the direct and responsible supervision of an adult. This product does not conform to Federal, State or Local Safety Standards and is not intended for operation on public streets, roadways or highways.

Purchase requires at least a 50% deposit of selling price and pay the balance within 10 days of the date Purchaser is notified the cycle is ready for delivery. No cycle will be shipped until full payment has been received by Seller. A Buyer signed” Purchase Order and Liability Agreement” is required prior to delivery.

Shipping available to anywhere in the USA, subject to additional crating and shipping charges.

All parts purchases subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns. Returns must be pre-authorized by Seller and must be in new condition, unused, to be accepted. Buyer to pay all return shipping in advance. No COD orders will be accepted.
